Forward moving

It is gradually lining up. A lot of people have questioned why I want to go into a rental, especially given the price point of a rental compared to a mortgage around here. There are several reasons: to move to a preferred area for my family, to start over, and mostly, I could use a break from the responsibility of home ownership. I am tired. The sale of this house plus whatever income I have is what will keep my son and I afloat for a while. Then I will live seaside for a time. I will even have a gazebo for the backyard. My son will be able to go down to the beach with his Nanny. I will too here and there, but mostly for walks and pictures. It will be different. It will be worth it. I am ready for this. So very much ready.
